Pokémon Go host a Roselia Community Day on February 7 at your local time from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Roselia’s evolution, Roserade, is the best grass-type Pokémon in the game to attack, so it’s definitely worth picking up a few while increasing the calving pace. As with other community days, Roselia’s bright rate will also be increased, making it easy to find one.

Budew, the baby form of Roselia, also hatches from two-kilometer eggs. Button can not be found in nature, so if you want one, you need to hatch it from an egg.

How do I find a shiny Roselia?

Since Roselia will appear everywhere, just tap on every Roselia you see until you get a shiny one. You will find one sooner or later, as the shiny rate on community days is increased to about one out of every 24 rate.

What special move does Roserade teach?

When it developed on February 7 from 11:00 to 19:00 in your local time, Roserade will teach Weather Ball and Bullet Seed. None of these moves are particularly good for raids and gyms, but they do diversify Roserade’s movement set for PvP content.

How do I get the most out of this community day?

During the event, the hatching distance to eggs placed in incubators will be reduced 1⁄4 the usual amount. Make sure you hatch any long-distance eggs you have.

Once you’ve got Roserade, set it up with Lime leaf and Grass knot to have a heavy striking grass type. It is definitely worth hoarding some of these to form a strong team.

Try using one of the new search strings when deciding which Shiny Roselia will develop at the end of the day. Sort ‘mons’ by “recent“Using the right icon and then tap”4 *In the search box at the top. This will let you know if you have any 100% IV Roselia. Most people will not be so happy, and then you want to type “3 *In the search box, which will show you recent ‘mons’ of 80% or higher. Rate it to see which one is the best, and then develop your new partner!
