Pokémon Go March Community Day Focuses on Fletchling

The next Pokémon Go The community day will take place on March 6 and features the bird Pokémon Fletchling.

This is the first community day we get in a long time that will add a new shiny Pokémon to the game. While most players hoped and expected the Unovan starter Pokémon to get their turn in the spotlight on Community Day, we rather get the bird from the Kalos region. Players can expect to find shiny versions of Fletchling more frequently during the event.

The community day offers the usual benefits: for the six-hour event, Incense will last three hours, XP earned by capturing Pokémon will triple and the popular Pokémon will learn a special step as it develops. In this case, Talonflame will teach Incinerate. Burning is an excellent move for PvP, and since Fletchling is a relatively new addition to the game, Community Day will be a great opportunity to farm candy to develop it and complete your Pokédex.
