The Organizing Committee of the IX Ordinary Congress José Joaquín Bidó Medina del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) informs that it will decide on the proposal to amend Article 23 of its statutes, which proposes an increase of 43 members of its Political Committee.
As of today, the Political Committee has 35 members, including the party’s president and general secretary.
The article establishes that the “Political Committee is the executive body of the Central Committee and will be integrated by the President of the Party, the Secretary-General the most quarantine and three (43) full members”.
Indiër that one of the points to be taken into account to increase the members is that in the IX Congress José Joaquín Bidó Medina the matriculation of the Central Committee will be one 1130 integrative, which implies an increase of 78%, by which a list of the members of the Political Committee is proposed by 29 per cent to have a record of 43 members, to which the President and the Secretary General agree.
“The Organizing Committee of Sometera is proposed to have a vote from Sunday 21 February 2021 to 10:00 am Monday Monday, 22 February to 10:00 am 2021, referring to the platform www.plddigital.do”, explained in a note from the PLD Secretariat of Communications.
