Medical, medical and authoritative students of the University of Panama will soon be invited by the National Assembly to demand the withdrawal of the 525 project, with which they will post after the internal implementation of the certification test.
In addition to the proposals of the Assembly, the protesters will carry out a concentration on gritaban conspiracies against this initiative, which was initiated by official deputies, which regulates the certification and recertification of doctors.
The proposal also seeks to reduce the classification score that is currently required to receive the medical certification.
The Rector of the University of Panama, Eduardo Flores, indicates that with this march he demonstrated in the National Assembly “that the University of Panama, the Faculty of Medicine and the majority of the doctors of this country, are against it derogue the certification exam that represents the quality of Panamanian medicine “.
The Defender of the People, Eduardo Leblanc, who was present at the protest as an observer, received a plea of demands from the protesters, from which he was invited to attend the Presidency of the National Assembly.
