Earlier today, we brought you updates on new details added to the Marvel Avengers campus at Disney California Adventure. Now that the sun has set on the first day of the “A Touch of Disney” event, we get even more new elements from the park’s newest land – this time in the form of significant lighting in some of the key elements.
During our time in Cars Land, we noticed a little extra in the distance in the direction of the Marvel Avengers campus.
In the distance we see a bright Avengers logo with an equally glowing Quinjet on top. The Quinjet is located on top of Avengers headquarters, and you can better explore the artwork in photos by Disney Parks chairman Josh D’Amaro.
Although we got a glimpse of parts of the Marvel Avengers campus that are lit up after dark, it was our first opportunity to get a better view from Cars Land, now that we have access to a majority of the park.
While the country certainly looks set to launch with the reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure on April 30, Disney CEO Bob Chapek said the country does not open when the parks return, and will welcome guests later.
