Philadelphia police arrest 2 in the murder of Temple U grad (25) who was walking his dog

Philadelphia police say they have arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting death on Wednesday night of a 25-year-old graduate of Temple University who was walking with his dog near his home.

According to police, the suspects were seen on a surveillance video approaching the victim Milan Loncar and grabbing him in his pockets before shooting him in the chest in the city of Brewerytown, according to FOX 29 in Philadelphia.

His rescue dog remained by his side until help arrived, his family told the station. Loncar later died at a hospital.

“Everyone who met him knows he was the best person on this planet,” his sister Jelena Loncar told the station.
