PETA wants to state this Doctor Antle in the USDA’s crosshairs because Larsa Pippen posted pictures with some of his exotic animals … but Doc says that PETA distorted it.
The animal rights organization has sent a letter to the US Department of Agriculture requesting an investigation into the ‘Tiger King’ star for alleged violations of the Animal Welfare Act … following Larsa’s recent visit to his Myrtle Beach Safari.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ … Debbie Metzler, PETA’s co – director of law enforcement on captive animals, cites Larsa’s visit there this week and her photos of adult and juvenile tigers showing direct contact with the public.

But according to Doc, PETA had the wrong idea about Larsa’s visit … he claims that Larsa undertook a tour, which included tiger cubs and primates, before making recordings for a PSA on wildlife conservation tiere.
Doc tells us it was a closed set with larger adolescent tigers in a pool, with strict protocols complying with USDA guidelines and recommendations.
