The following are valid from Monday 1 March:
Driving restrictions outside the state are lifted. Since November, this order has required anyone over the age of 11 visiting from another country to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or place 14 days in a travel quarantine.
Outdoors are now limited to a maximum occupancy of 20%, regardless of venue size.
-Door events are now limited to 15% maximum occupancy, regardless of venue size.
Wolf said the new occupation limits are only allowed if participants and workers can keep their physical distance between them.
Mask wearing, social distance and hand hygiene should be applied.
“There is light at the end of the tunnel. COVID-19 cases are declining, and more are being vaccinated,” Wolf said. “Thank you for wearing masks, keeping your distance, planning for vaccinations and doing everything necessary to slow down the spread of COVID. Your actions make a difference.”
It comes on the same day as Philadelphia, which sets its own COVID-19 restrictions, has facilitated some of these measures.
One of the biggest changes the city announced last week was the allowance for a little attendance at sporting events.
These attendance levels were set at state levels, which at the time meant that 2,500 people could attend outdoor events, while 500 people could attend indoor events.
City officials said they would not automatically make changes when the state does, but at a news conference last week, dr. Health Commissioner Thomas Farley said the city would look into any review and make a decision.
These new limits will provide the opportunity to attend Citizens Bank Park when the Phillies season begins next month, but no fans will be allowed at the Wells Fargo Center for Sixers and Flyers games.
Officials from the Wells Fargo Center said this is because there must be more than 500 workers on the premises if there are fans attending.
