What is Parkinson’s?
Parkinson’s UK explained that the progressive neurological condition is caused by nerve cells in the brain that die.
The nerve cells are responsible for the creation of the chemical dopamine that helps control movement.
As nerve cells die, less dopamine is produced in the brain, causing movement problems.
