Paul George responds that Lakers Jared Dudley called him in the book

In an unforgettable section of his new book that made headlines on social media after it was published on this site on Wednesday, veteran forward Jared Dudley explained why the Los Angeles Lakers made such an exception on the Clippers – and especially Paul George – during took the NBA. Bubble.

‘We think it’s disrespectful to Paul George, who did not win, to place him at the level of Source and AD. It motivates us, ‘Dudley and co-author Carvell Wallace write in the Kindle book,’ Inside the NBA Bubble: A Championship Season Under Quarantine. ‘

The comment was the topic of discussion on NBA Twitter for the day, and just about everyone had an opinion on it. And by nightfall, they reached out to George himself, who was asked to comment after the Clippers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.

Funny enough, “God Bless Jared Dudley” was also my reaction when I read the passage, though perhaps for different reasons.

But do not worry Paul. We here at Silver Screen and Roll have a passion for service journalism, which is why we’ve put together a short list of some reasons why NBA players like to throw your name into things.

As for the Lakers, I would say that is probably what Dudley was referring to specifically.

A little thing? Maybe, but as Dudley said today, NBA players are looking for motivation wherever they can find it.

As for the guys in the NBA as a whole feel comfortable shooting at you, well, there’s the fact that you got to the losing side of just about every dispute you had with someone in the league.

For example, there were the following:

What did you choose to respond to by saying this corny shit, for some reason:

And then there was this eviction, just before you led the Clippers 3-1 in the Western Conference semifinals:

There was, you know, also the whole thing that blew a 3-1 lead in the semifinals of the Western Conference that culminated in this horrible shot ‘:

So that’s probably why your name keeps popping up, I would say. Hopefully that helps, and yes, God bless Jared Dudley for another fun day on NBA Twitter.
