Patriots’ N’Keal Harry draws commercial interest

Several wide receivers from the 2019 draft class became noticeable. Despite being a first-round pick, N’Keal Harry is not among them. But the Patriots runners-up showed flashbacks in his shortened tenure. However, his inconsistent production seems to make teams wonder if the Patriots have seen enough.

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL.com, the teams call the Pats over Harry.video link). There are two more years on Harry’s rookie contract, with a fifth-year option only payable in 2022. However, Harry is a bit off the option radar at the moment.

New England selected Harry with the final pick in the first round of 2019. The Arizona State product from 6 feet to 4 received only 414 yards and four times in 21 games. But he was not exactly driven in ideal circumstances.

Harry missed the first half of his rookie season due to injury and did not contribute much Tom Brady‘s last months with the franchise. The COVID-19 pandemic that kept players away from team facilities prevented Harry from cooperating Cam Newton, which only signed out of season at the end of 2020. Newton’s subsequent battle limited New England’s passing game, and Harry undoubtedly contributed a little to the veteran’s misery.

Had they handled Harry out of season, the Patriots would have sold fairly low. None of his last two newcomer numbers exceed $ 3.5 million. Teams also have an abundance of recipients to choose from in free agencies, and this concept is expected to include another strong extensive harvest. The Pats will surely contribute to their current group, and it will be interesting to see where Harry stands if they do.
