The joy of a California man who is eager to die during an amateur tacos comedy contest in 2019 is asking the event organizers for negligence.

The legal querella presents the moon itself by The Death of Dana Andrew Hutchings, 41 years old, the 13th of August 2019.

The man is attractive in the Taco Truck Throwdown contest, description on his Facebook page as “The biggest taco party in the world” and which is realized in the city of Fresno, in the Central Valley of California.

The activity in the Hutchings wall took place during the baseball game between the Grizzlies and the Redbirds of Memphis, in Chukchansi Park in Fresno.

The petition, presented by the victim of the crime, Marshall Hutchings, of 18 years, alleges his father was not informed of the risks and perpetrators involved in a comedy competence.

Tony Botti, vocalist for Fresno’s algae officer, said in August 2019 that Hutchings apparently started to increase his participation in the Grizzlies’ medical staff and attendance.

“From Marshall’s perspective, this is a great loss for him,” said the lawyer demanding Maretin Taleisnik alkanal ABC-7. “It’s something that was completely unexpected”.
