Electronic Arts announced on Tuesday that it is next The Sims 4 Stuff Pack contains paranormal stuff, as players and fans have guessed. The publisher posted a YouTube video announcing the Paranormal Stuff Pack to a crowd of eager fans in the chat. The expansion pack appears on January 26th.
It was definitely better received than The Sims 4‘s Last Game Pack, Star Wars: Journey to Batuu. While still a bit of a science fiction or fantasy theme, the Paranormal Stuff Pack is still focused on the core gameplay of The Sims 4 – the parts of the game that players really care about. The Sims 4The Paranormal Stuff Pack will add a bunch of new features, such as haunted houses where players can live with haunted house mates. Of course, this also means that players can “clean up” their homes, with the help of Guidry the Ghost, to evict your haunted housemates.
A new skill will be induced: master the medium, which can lead to a paranormal investigation license. Players can be freelance ghost hunters. Oh yes, and there are scary dolls too.
One of the things players seem most excited about is the return of Bonehilda, a non-playable character who first appeared The Sims: Makin ‘Magic. (She was also in The Sims 3s supernatural suit.) Of course, Bonehilda is a skeleton and usually wears a serviced outfit. Bonehilda is a friend.
Electronic Arts not exactly announce Bonehilda – and players in the YouTube comments were devastated that she did not make an appearance. But if you look closely, she’s in the trailer – right behind the Sims character chatting with the Grim Reaper. Bonehilda is back!
The Sims 4‘s latest expansion pack, Snow escape, was released on November 13th. It did not include Bonehilda, but it did done add a new, winter holiday world.
