Papa Francisco went on to spread throughout the world the devotion to Divina Misericordia on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the first revelation of Jesus to Santa Faustina Kowalska, which took place on February 22, 1931 in the celebration of religion in the convention of Płock (Poland).
Here is the Santo Padre on a map of the Obispo de Płock, Mons. Piotr Libera, with which he expressed his spiritual pursuit to the people who celebrated this anniversary.
On the other hand, the Pontifice shared the Allegria of the Church in Plock and animated that “this particular event is known in all the world and perpetuates life in the courage of the fieles”.
Además, the Santo Padre recorded the words that Santa Faustina received from Jesus and wrote in his diary: “Humanity will not find peace, just as it will not return with confidence to my misery”.
In this line, the Pope animated all the sons to “pray to Christ the gift of misery” and hold “the value of turning to Jesus, finding his love and misery in the sacraments” to experiment “with certainty and return” to be “most capable of misery, passion, loss and care”.
Finally, Santo Padre was sent on the map that San Juan Pablo II, apostle of misery, said that all the inhabitants of the earth conquered the message of the miserable love of God.
To quote the words of the Pope of Poland pronounced in 2002 during a visit to its native land: “It is precisely to transmit to the world is this fugue of misery”, because “in the misery of God the world encounters peace, and man, the congratulations ”.
In this sense, Pope Francis saluted to finalize the Dominican Angel of February 21 on the Polish poles and recorded that the Sanctuary of Plock, in Poland, “had recently heard Senator Jesus demonstrate in Santa Faustina Kowalska, confidant a message special of the Divine Misericordia ”.
The Pontifice underlined that “the works of San Juan Pablo II, this message was read to all the world” and added that the message of the Divine Misericordia “was not that the Gospel of Jesus, which murmured and resounded between the dead, who nos da la misericordia del Padre ”.
