The Minister of Health of Panama, Luis Francisco Sucre, reaffirmed his commitment to Russia’s tens of millions of doses of its vaccine against covid-19 Sputnik.
The Sputnik V vaccine will be called “by regulatory bodies, as it relates to the pharmaceutical companies, the process of verification takes place in parallel, in order to register the authorizations in Panama, the negotiations of the Ministries” of Salud (Minsa) in a communiqué.
Sucre explained that the “only intention” of the petition is “to strengthen the evacuation process against the covid-19 in Panama”, that the Executive has to evacuate 80% of the population.
