Using a man-made ramp, the driver was able to clear the stream on which he wanted to jump, and another truck length – to gather the necessary speed was no problem, as the V-8 with a V-8 charger of 702 hp under the hood. But even the specifically designed Bilstein shocks were not enough to save the TRX from injury here. The truck catches more air than expected, and ends up on its sliding plate, causing a massive dent that pushes the buffer in. Because the owner kept a bunch of tires unsafe in bed, they moved around and smashed the rear window with the landing and bent the tailgate.
It is worth noting that the truck looked like an excellent impact, a testament to the strength of the drivetrain and frame. But repairing all the broken hardware will not be cheap. Take it as a lesson, new TRX owners.
