Ear WatchThe annual archive event is now live, giving players the chance to visit the game’s collaborative missions and earn brand new skins. Archives also propose a new reward structure Ear Watch it does away with the previous rules for winning nine games to get new skins, which is good news for players who want to tackle the PvE challenge of the game.
Let’s talk about the skins first. There are five new legendary skins, one for Genji, Soldier: 76, Tracer, Widowmaker and Zarya. It can only be earned from archive chests of drawers or by buying it with in-game credits.
The 2021 archive event, which takes place from April 6 to 27, also introduces new epic skins for Lucio, Zenyatta and Mercy. These skins can be earned by participating in challenges weekly. Instead of winning nine games every week, players can now earn ‘stars’ Ear Watch‘s archive missions. The more difficult the problem, the more stars you earn – and you do not have to complete missions successfully to earn stars. Just try your best.

Week 1
- Earn Double Credit for Uprising Missions
- Melted nuclei – Enemies drop Lava at death
- Glass Cannon – Players have 50% less health and increased damage
- * NEW * Bulletproof barriers – Enemy barriers are invulnerable
- Earn 10 stars to unlock the player icon, 20 stars to unlock the syringe
- Earn 30 stars to unlock Corredor Lucio (Epic)
Week 2
- Earn double credit for retaliatory missions
- Surgical strike – Only critical hits damage enemies
- Close Quarters – Enemies can only be damaged if a player is in the area
- * NEW * Sympathy gains – Damage to enemies heals other enemies
- Earn 10 stars to unlock the player icon, 20 stars to unlock the syringe
- Earn 30 stars to unlock Subaquatic Zenyatta (Epic)
Week 3
- Earn Double Credit for Storm Rising Missions
- Blood Moon – No support heroes and healing is reduced; heal yourself by doing damage
- Storm Rage – Some heroes are furious; to kill them spreads the wrath
- * NEW * Thunderstorm – Enemies damage all players in the area
- Earn 10 stars to unlock the player icon, 20 stars to unlock the syringe
- Earn 30 stars to unlock Camouflage Mercy (Epic)
