CHICAGO (WLS) – There has been encouraging news in the past week in the fight against COVID-19.

Illinois administers more vaccines and even sets records.

The state’s test positivity rate remains low. And there’s more news about the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

Talking about these developments and what lies ahead is dr. Michael Bauer, medical director at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital.
