Vaccinations in Oregon

OHA provides daily updates on doses of COVID-19 vaccines administered in Oregon on the Vaccine Information Panel.

On Monday, 4,356 doses of vaccine were administered, increasing the state’s total number of first-dose doses to 25,972. All vaccinations took place at Oregon hospitals and long-term care facilities, OHA said.

St Charles Health System reported that it has so far given 1415 Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations.

The state panel provides weekly updates on the number of people vaccinated, both by state and by country, along with important demographic information showing the race, ethnicity, gender and age of all those vaccinated. OHA will begin publishing this data during weekends beginning on Saturday, January 2nd.

OHA on Tuesday unveiled a new data dashboard that compiles COVID-19 cases and other data into a single, interactive format. The dashboard contains new cases, seven-day daily averages of cases, patients with COVID-19 currently admitted to the hospital, results shown and new deaths. The dashboard will be updated from Monday to Friday.

Information on the dashboard comes from existing data. One of the features of the dashboard is a graph showing the number of new cases on the date it is reported to a government health board, along with the daily average of seven days. These numbers correspond to the number of new cases reported in our daily press release and Daily Update.

You can find the new dashboard on the OHA COVID-19 website. Click on ‘Daily Update’ in the menu.
