EUGENE – Oregon has a new starting quarterback in 2021.
Tyler Shough, who started all seven games for the Ducks and made the Pac-12 better than effective in 2020, has announced he is entering the transfer portal.
“I want to thank my coaches in Oregon for the opportunity and many lessons learned over the past three years,” Shough wrote via Twitter. “Thank you so much to the fans and the community of Eugene for welcoming me here and making this place special.”

Shough scored 106 for 167 (63.5%) for 1,559 yards in 2020 with 13 touchdowns and six interceptions in 2020, his first season as an appetizer after serving as Justin Herbert’s backup in 2019. 66 holds for 271 yards and two counts.
