OnePlus 9 series is going to be one of the most anticipated flagships in 2021. There is a lot of buzz and speculation about the three models that are likely to be introduced as part of the range. A recent leak indicates that none of the models in the OnePlus 9 series will have a periscope camera. Famous tipster Digital chat station mailed a hint Weibo recentlyand said that the OnePlus 9 series only has a simple tele-lens and not a periscope lens.

The tipster wrote that they do not know if the supply chain has not yet recovered from the losses suffered due to the pandemic. Although many phones had a periscope lens until the third quarter of 2020, many companies will be manufacturing their devices without the facility in the coming year.
This tipster suggests that other developers who are expected to market cell phones with Snapdragon 888 (such as the OnePlus 9 series) in 2021 will release the periscopes. It is important to note here that OnePlus products have not previously used a periscope lens, as indicated by a technical portal.
Earlier tipsters suggested that the OnePlus 9 series would come with Leica lenses. As per a tweet answer by leakster Teme OnePlus will have a partnership with Leica for their upcoming flagship. In another tweet, the same tipster also revealed a collaboration between LEica and Huawei. Earlier this month, a technology publication also leaked live images of the 5G variant of the base model.
The series of photos showed that the OnePlus 9 5G consists of two larger sensors at the rear, as well as a much smaller third camera. The 6.55-inch device looks a lot like its predecessor OnePlus 8T in terms of design.
