  • T-Mobile accidentally published specifications for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro before launch.
  • As you would expect, the screen and cameras make all the difference – the performance should be the same.
  • You will receive full details on March 23.

You do not have to wait until March 23 to get official details for the OnePlus 9 series – T-Mobile has spoiled some of the shows beforehand. The famous nice Evan Blass has discover that the service provider posted (and quickly removed) support pages setting out the key specifications for both the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro before their formal debut.

The T-Mobile slip-up once again suggests that the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will differ greatly based on camera and display technology. Both US configurations will reportedly use Snapdragon 888 chips, have 8 GB to 12 GB of RAM and have 128 GB to 256 GB of storage. They also have 4500 mAh batteries. If you’re just looking for a fast Android phone, one of the two models should do the job, but you will not get benefits like dual SIM slots.

According to T-Mobile, there will be reasons to choose the OnePlus 9 Pro over the standard version. The Pro phone will center on a 6.7-inch 1440p screen instead of the 1080p panel on the base OnePlus 9. The 9 Pro has a more sophisticated camera setup than its usual 50MP, 48MP counterpart , 8MP and 2MP rear sensors where a normal device will drop the 8MP camera.

Of course, T-Mobile has not announced everything about the OnePlus 9 series. You can expect OnePlus to share a lot more about the camera system with the Hasselblad badges, the software and prices during the introductory event. It also does not cover the 9R and other possible international variants. However, it can help you choose a model (if any) before starting pre-orders.
