If you prefer to exercise and go out regularly with your partner or other person, new research suggests that you would be wise to leave them in the dust – or at least encourage them to increase the pace. A study recently published in the academic journal Corridor & posture found that couples who go for a walk together also walk much more slowly. If the couple was the kind of handle?
