While Apple is still making its big transition from two years to homemade Apple chips, software developers are already transferring their apps in their early days, with Nvidia just adding support for M1 Macs to its GeForce Now gaming client.
Last year, Nvidia built support for GeForce Now on iPhones and iPads via Safari, and although users were able to simulate the process on Macs by editing their user agent string, the experience was not properly optimized, often resulting in less than ideal results. performance.
In GeForce Now version 2.0.27, not only does Nvidia add beta support for game streaming via Google Chrome on Windows and macOS, but Nvidia has also updated its original GeForce Now macOS application to include support for M1-based Macs. This means that users with M1-based MacBooks or Mac Minis have two ways to stream games from the cloud using GeForce Now, along with Google Stadiums, which have been available on M1 Macs since its release.
While technically still early, Mac users can also stream games with Amazon’s Luna game streaming service, for a total of three different providers to stream games from the cloud.
In addition to extra support for Chrome, the latest update from GeForce Now also includes a new way to invite friends to your games by simply sending them a special URL generated within Chrome. Alternatively, on iPhones and iPads, Nvidia says that game invitations created by the Share option can be sent to friends’ singing apps, including iMessage, Whatsapp, and others.

The extension is designed to transfer password stores in iCloud, while also syncing passwords that are on your Windows machine with the rest of your Apple devices with iCloud Keychain.
