A Nor’easter is predicted to push the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic Oceans, bringing heavy snow and a winter mix next week.
The slow-moving winter storm that hit the West Coast last week will intensify over the Rockies and Central Plains in Colorado before moving east.

The system dumped more than 7 feet of snow into the Sierra Nevada region, causing dangerous snowstorm-like conditions and blocking the roads.
As snow accumulates across the Northern Plains and Upper Mississippi Valley on Saturday, the system will extend to the Ohio Valley and Upper Great Lakes, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

By Sunday morning, snow had shifted across parts of the Mid-Atlantic, with areas with freezing rain in Virginia and North Carolina.
The storm is expected to weaken over the Middle East on Sunday night, and rain in the Southeast will subside abroad by Monday morning.
Nevertheless, the Midwestern states have already seen record amounts of snow this season, and advice on wind chills has been issued in several states across the East Coast.
According to Fox News meteorologist Rich Reichmuth, the snowfall of the storm will be plowing and will linger amid continuing icy temperatures ahead of a brief warming period next weekend.
He reported that the area in New York is likely to receive about 6 to 10 inches of snow, but that the total could be higher if the storm becomes strong or strong.

Accuweather reported on Friday that New York City could see gusts of up to 50 km / h.
