As winter storm watches remain in effect in most of New Jersey, weather forecasters predict as much as 8 inches of snow Sunday in some parts of Garden State, warning that travel could be treacherous.

Some forecasts for snowfall, especially in coastal areas, have been lowered from earlier forecasts.

According to the National Weather Service, sunrise will occur at sunrise on Sunday. The snow that is expected to cover the country will lead to dangerous travel conditions, meteorologists said.

According to the weather service in Mount Holly, the biggest snowfall will be concentrated around the I-95 corridor.
