Nintendo Switch New Year’s eShop Sale Offers Fantastic Games

Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics, Grindstone and Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 all deserve a nod

There is no shortage of worthwhile games on Nintendo Switch; it’s just a matter of sweeping in at the right time to get the best money. For some of you, this is the e-store’s New Year’s sale.

Note that I said ‘fantastic games’ and not ‘fantastic deals’ in the headline.

This is an eShop sale after all – and a highly compounded one at that. The real discount because many of these Switch games may seem small, but I think most of them are quality games (even though we’re sick of the standard $ 41.99 price tag for first-party Nintendo games, no matter how old they are).

A few recommendations if you are looking to move: Clubhouse Games (I loved twisting the big brain AI opponents), Good work! (this is a cold “afternoon co-op” sorta game), Grindstone (it will keep you ridiculously long), Curse of the Moon 2 (do not feel that you have to play the original game first), A short hike (it’s so lovely), and Shinsekai (a rare Capcom metroidvania). I look Immortals, but I can keep waiting.

I would also say that $ 11.99 sounds much better than thirty dollars Aladdin and The Lion King.

Either way, look The eShop New Year’s sale runs from January 21 until 11:59 pm in the Pacific.
