Black Ops Cold War had its own version of the MP5 added to Warzone in Season 1, so here’s the best tax to use in Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
The MP5 has been a favorite weapon in almost every Call of Duty title. It quickly became the meta in both CDL 2020 and Battle Royale mode until the R9-0 took its place in Modern Warfare Season 6.
The R9-0 crashed and it is unlikely that the MAC-10 and akimbo Diamattis will remain the meta for long, while Raven Software will test a nervousness for these overwhelming weapons.
Black Ops Cold War’s MP5 is an underrated gem, and while it’s extremely viable in Warzone’s current meta, it’s probably the meta once the MAC-10 and Diamattis are in a good spot.

This MP5 of the Cold War was built to dominate up close. Pair it with a long-range rifle, or if you particularly trust a sniper rifle with your target. Switch quickly afterwards if your primary weapon does not have ammunition, or use it in CQB situations.
First, we added the Agency Suppressor. It works in the same way as a monolithic suppressor of Modern Warfare, which expands the range of weapons while hiding you from the minimap. For increased versatility, we also equipped the 9.5 ″ reinforced heavy barrel. It expands the MP5 range by giving a higher bullet speed and increasing damage.
To make the MP5 as accurate as possible, you need to add the Field Agent Grip. It helps with horizontal and vertical recoil control, making it easy to land headshots up close and stay accurate, even at longer distances.
For ammunition, the 40 Round Mag is ideal. You can stab multiple enemies without ever reloading, and the magazine has no effect on the target speed. However, to increase your ADS speed, you need to add the Airborne Elastic Wrap. It enables you to ADS faster as well as resist.

Not only are your weapons important in a Warzone tax, but your choice of benefits can also make or break a class. Here are the benefits you should use with the Black Ops Cold War MP5 in Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
Perk 1: EOD
A big part of Warzone is the deadly equipment at your disposal. Before pushing into a room, they will be bombarded with grenades, rockets and explosives inside. If you have any hope of surviving, you must have the EOD Limit equipped.
Perk 2: Overkill / Ghost
Although the Cold War MP5 is best suited as a secondary weapon, it is actually a primary one. You want to equip Overkill so that you can have two primary weapons, for example a Kilo 141 and the MP5. If you really like the MP5, you can equip both the Cold War and MW versions.
Instead, create a duplicate solution with Ghost, and you can exchange the benefits if you get a upload again and save the weapons.
Perk 3: Amped
There is nothing worse than stopping ammunition in a firefight, where you must quickly exchange weapons to have a chance. The Amped Limit allows you to exchange weapons insanely fast, which is essential for firefighting.
