The NFL’s investigation into the Washington Football Team has caused a great deal of speculation about its conclusions and implications. On Friday morning, it sparked a skirmish over a recommended recommendation and the denial of the league.

Regardless of whether there is a tear of hair and whether the report is indeed ‘absolutely false’, the investigation continues to wait over the franchise and the league. The issues are too important, and the lessons learned from the obvious misconduct in the organization (regardless of the consequences) will, or at least, have to resonate in all American workplaces.
