A global pandemic and economic crisis were not enough to put an end to speculation Neymar with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain, but the Brazilian spoke out about his future.
He discussed what lies ahead for himself and his star teammate, Kylian Mbappe, in an interview.
“I am very happy here and I want to stay at PSG and I hope Mbappe wants to stay too,” he told TF1 in the interview.
“Of course this is the wish of all fans. We want PSG to be an excellent team and I want to keep doing what I do here, playing football and being happy.
“Today I’m very happy, I feel happy, a lot has changed, I can not say exactly why it’s me or something else.”
Neymar scored twice from the penalty spot on Sunday as Mauricio Pochettino‘s PSG crash with defeat in injury time against breakdown battle Lorient.
