Nothing Modern COVID-19

Press Release of the Humboldt County Joint Information Center:

The state of California has granted Humboldt County 4,640 doses of COVID-19 vaccine. This is a decrease of 2,270 doses from the previous week’s allocation.

Of these doses, 1,700 are Moderna, 2,340 Pfizer and 600 are Johnson & Johnson. Humboldt County Public Health will use 1,510 doses of Moderna and 930 Pfizer at five large-scale vaccination clinics planned for next week. Remaining doses will be distributed to other approved local vaccines.

The state requires provinces to move to a new system called My Turn, to register and plan vaccinations as they become available. Visit the system at myturn.ca.gov. More information on local implementation will be announced next week.
