New Mexico reports 9 new deaths, 200 additional COVID-19 cases

  • A man in his 80s from Chaves County. The person was admitted to the hospital and had underlying conditions.
  • A man in his 40s from Doña Ana province. The person was admitted to the hospital and had underlying conditions.
  • A female in her 60s from the province of Doña Ana. The person was admitted to the hospital and had underlying conditions.
  • A man in his 90s from Lea County.
  • A female in her 70s from Luna County.
  • A female in her 70s from Sandoval County. The individual was admitted to the hospital and had underlying conditions.
  • A man in his 70s from Santa Fe County. The person was admitted to the hospital and had underlying conditions.
  • A man in his 80s from Valencia County.

The number of deaths of New Mexico residents associated with COVID-19 is now 3,538.

In addition to the deaths, the state reported 200 additional COVID-19 cases. New Mexico reported a total of 180,761 cases as of Monday.

  • 2 new businesses in Catron County
  • 6 new businesses in Chaves County
  • 4 new businesses in Cibola County
  • 1 new case in Colfax County
  • 2 new businesses in Curry County
  • 21 new businesses in Doña Ana Province
  • 13 New Businesses in Eddy County
  • 8 new businesses in Grant County
  • 3 new businesses in Hidalgo County
  • 5 new businesses in Lea County
  • 1 new case in Los Alamos County
  • 2 new businesses in Luna County
  • 19 new businesses in McKinley County
  • 4 new businesses in Otero County
  • 2 new businesses in Rio Arriba County
  • 10 New Businesses in Sandoval County
  • 20 New Businesses in San Juan County
  • 3 new businesses in San Miguel County
  • 2 new businesses in Santa Fe County
  • 2 new businesses in Socorro County

  • 1 new case in Torrance County

According to KOB 4, there was a 2.5% positive result from the tests analyzed in the state report on Monday.

The state reports that 286 individuals are currently being admitted to New Mexico for COVID-19.

As of Monday, there are 12,606 cases of COVID-19 repaired by the Department of Health in New Mexico.
