Metal Saga: Project Wolf

Publishing success announced Project Wolf, a brand new RPG entry in the Metal Max sister series Metal Saga, during the “Metal Max Live Stream of the 30th anniversary before the birthday: a wholehearted thank you event.

Platforms and release window have not been announced, but when pro wrestler Danshoku Dino was put to the test, 24Frame director Yuusuke Tomono joked that ‘it’s not exclusive to Xbox’.

An official unveiling is planned for the Metal Max series “Birthday Eve” live stream on May 23rd.

Here is the full calendar of the upcoming Metal Max series of 30th anniversary events:

  • March 13 – Metal Max Special website for the 30th anniversary is officially opened and special background has been released
  • March 17 – Metal Max Xeno and Metal Max Xeno: Reborn big spring auction (from 17 to 31 March)
  • April 1 – #MM (Metal Max Love) Art submissions for the 30th anniversary start (from 1 April to 7 May)
  • April 1 – Metal Max Special goods for 30th year of existence (area for pre-ordering special works open)
  • May 23 – Metal Max series “Birthday Eve” live stream with the official announcement of a brand new Metal Saga title and new information on Metal Max: Wild West
  • May – Wallpapers and Icons Released on Hagane Collaboration Special Website
  • Early summer – Metal dogs (title tentative) launch in Early Access for PC via Steam
  • Late July – “Maniac 2” live stream (details to be announced later)
