Leaker known as “DuanRui” has shared more images it can give us the best look at Apple’s redesigned notch for the iPhone 13. The new photos follow similar images shared by the learner last week, but the latest photos contain a comparison with the existing iPhone 12 notch.

DuanRui posted three images on Twitter that apparently came from Weibo, although the source details remain unclear. It contains everything that looks like ‘movie previews’ or screensavers, similar to those shown in the previous images, except here, you can see a clear decrease in the notch width compared to the iPhone 12.
The reduced width is made possible by integrating the earpiece into the top edge, above the TrueDepth camera and Face ID components, indicated by the space in the middle. According to a report by the Japanese website Mac Otakara, the TrueDepth camera series of the iPhone 13’s getting narrower ‘because the receiver will move to the edge of the case at the top of the screen.
DigiTimes claimed in February that the iPhone 13 will have a redesigned Face ID system that allows for a smaller notch at the top of the screen.
