Life in a sitcom is not as swell as we thought.

Another new WandaVision trailer has been released with even more new material from the upcoming season 1 episodes. The new episode follows on the heels of the premiere of Episode 4, “We Interrupt This Program”, which gives a bit of a story about the events leading up to the premiere of Season 1, “Filmed Before a Live Studio Audience.” Episode 4 focuses on Monica Rambeau’s (Teyonah Parris) returns from “The Blip” and explains how she was sucked into the universe WandaVision sitkom. We also had to see how SWORD’s observation base came together, how Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings) and agent Jimmy Woo (Randall park) got involved, and we had some teasing for other MCU projects.

The new commercial released on Saturday is titled ‘Triumph’, but it is unclear who exactly is doing the triumph. In the 30-second teaser, a bunch of shots are bothering the biggest plot developments, including Vision’s attempt to enter the sitcom pocket universe, Agnes (Kathryn Hahn) begs someone to help her and the rest of the country WandaVision supporting characters, and perhaps most interesting of all, Wanda and Vision face each other. It would seem that being lucky to find yourself in a picture-perfect sitcom world is not in the cards for Wanda and Vision, as the interference of SWORD’s ongoing investigation is causing the universe WandaVision TV show to work in serious ways. This interference seems to make Vision aware of his earlier feelings that something is wrong. At one point in the ‘Triumph’ promotion, we hear Wanda try to maintain control by presenting, ‘There need not be drama’, before we see Vision question the nature of reality by asking his wife : “Did you really not see what I saw?”

But perhaps the biggest tease in “Triumph” is the one Wanda and Vision are preparing to fight in their living room. With a short shot, both halves of this superhero pair can soar into the air, ready to fight. It’s a moment reminiscent of the time they stood on opposite sides. Captain America: Civil War – an important time in their then budding relationship. The truth behind the couple’s existence in this strange sitcom world (which, incidentally, has yet to be revealed) has the potential to be even more divided than the Sokovia agreements. As such, it’s possible that if Wanda and Vision end up in a next episode of WandaVision, the damage can last their relationship much longer.

A new episode of WandaVision will be premiered on February 5 at Disney +. Check out the promotional trailer “Triumph” below. Here is our explanation of why WandaVision pay homage to classic sitcoms.
