New COVID cases fell this week in all counties except 4 NJ. See where yours stands.

Amid a sharp nationwide decline in new cases of coronavirus, New Jersey has done its best to keep pace this week.

For the week of February 4-10, New Jersey added 25.5 new businesses per 10,000 residents. This is a decrease of 8.7% compared to the previous week.

However, it pales in comparison to the national decline in business this week. The US added 22.2 cases per 10,000 inhabitants, a decrease of 33.6% from January 28 to February. 3 weeks.

Of the 21 counties in New Jersey, 17 saw a decline compared to last week, a week in which all 21 fell.

Salem County was home to the biggest drop this week, down 29.5%. Only two others – Camden County and Warren County – experienced a drop of more than 20%. Another seven provinces declined by more than 10%.

Among the cases where the climbs climbed, May County had the biggest jump in the past week by 19%. The other three provinces that experienced an increase – Atlantic, Bergen and Somerset – all increased by less than 3%.

In terms of total new business, Ocean County was up 37.5 new business per 10,000 residents this week. Monmouth and Atlantic are added along with them among counties that have added 30 or more cases per 10,000.

On the low side, Salem added only 15.5 cases per 10,000 people. After just one country added less than 20 cases per 10,000 last week, there were five this week.
