The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC, by its English seal) has determined that the Licuado (Natural GNL) Gas Terminal (GNL) of the New Fortress Energy Company in San Juan Puerto is operating under construction with the Ley Federal of Natural Gas, informs this month, the organizations of the Alliance of Renewable Energy Ahora (AERA).
