Although the atmospheric pressure on Mars varies, you will still need a spacecraft that can exercise the body and hold your white blood cells in place. In addition, the gravity of Mars is weaker compared to Earth, which means your walking speed will be slower on the red planet. Definitely, lots to get used to!
In terms of nutrition, our food source will have to come from the earth’s earth. Interestingly, scientists believe that it is possible on Mars to grow crops such as potatoes, beans and asparagus!
Shelter for humans must be built using 3D Habitat printers. Marsha, a vertical prototype created by the AI SpaceFactory team for the contest held by NASA in 2019, could be a viable human habitat.

If the Ingenuity Mars helicopter can pass the flight tests, the data or air dimension obtained can be used to facilitate future reconnaissance.
