The photos of the Washington Post photographer took the photos Jabin Botsford, shows the partially visible notes to mention “martial law if necessary” and the “Insurrection Act”, a law from 1806 that enables the president to mobilize the military and national guard forces to prevent civilian disorder or acts of insurrection suppress.
The last time a president called for action was in 1992 in response to the riots in Los Angeles following the acquittal of four white police officers in the beatings of Rodney King.
Another line in the photographed notes also suggested that Kash Patel, chief of staff of the Department of Defense, should move to ‘CIA Acting’, implying that Patel should move the head of the intelligence agency with only a few days left of the Trump administration.
The notes also mention Sidney Powell, the pro-Trump lawyer who has led several lawsuits that have challenged the 2020 election results over unfounded allegations of widespread voter fraud.

White House officials said The New York Times Friday that nothing significant was noticed from Lindell’s meeting with Trump, which according to the White House lasted about five to ten minutes.
Lindell, popularly referred to by many as the ‘myPillow man’, has been an outspoken supporter of Trump, especially in recent weeks when the businessman suggested Trump’s unfounded allegations of a ‘stolen’ election on Twitter .
Friday night, Lindell tweeted screenshots of a document claiming that Trump won 79 million votes in the 2020 election, compared to 68 million for the president-elect Joe Biden

According to scores by The Associated Press, Biden secured more than 81 million votes in the election with Trump at about 74 million.
Lindell also issued several tweets on January 6 in the wake of the pro-Trump mob attack on the Capitol, claiming that “Antifa is responsible for the attacks.” The FBI said last week there was no evidence to suggest that members of the leftist movement were involved in the deadly storming of the Capitol.
The riot followed a “Stop the Steal” march on the National Mall, in which Trump encouraged his supporters to march to Congress to demonstrate the certification of Biden’s victory. Trump has since been indicted by the House on a charge of inciting the riot, in which five people died amid the chaos.
This week Lindell’s bedding business continued a Rejection code “FightForTrump” for his products, even after Trump first chose to acknowledge election defeat the first day after the attack on the Capitol.
Lindell told the Times and The Washington Examiner Friday that the photographed notes were in fact not his and that he was given a message by a lawyer that Lindell did not name.
“The lawyer said, ‘Can you bring this to him,'” Lindell told the Times. “These were things to help the American people.”
MyPillow did not immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment on the photos taken.
