More wrestling personalities bother AEW Revolution’s appearance

In the form of a week of teasing, Pat McAfee and Bully Ray have both posted videos suggesting that one of them is the big signing that AEW will announce on Sunday. Revolution.

For McAfee, he was in the news recently after Shaq claimed his match last Wednesday Dynamics would “top” all other well-known matches. McAfee tweeted his comments again, only to reply, “it will not.” McAfee had a very good game against Adam Cole on NXT Takeover: XXX last August.

Cody Rhodes was asked about McAfee’s comments during a media call earlier this week.

“I think … I did not see this particular remark, especially not from Pat, which is very strange,” Rhodes said. “Just bizarre, because I’m pretty sure Pat’s trying to work at AEW like every other day, but that’s another conversation.”

McAfee quickly replied that ‘was not true’ and thought more of retirement than going to AEW. In the video below, he posted a quick video of how he put some of his wrestlers in a backpack.

Last July, it was reported that Bully Ray had completed his contract with Ring of Honor and was a free agent. He has since appeared in another promotion. In the clip below, Ray posted an old ECW promo containing the word “revolution” in it.

“The gods are becoming immortal and the revolution continues,” Bully said in the promo.

As noted, Kurt Angle also posted a cryptic “continued” video earlier today.
