Anthem, Inc. requested the martes for the company’s business and the provision of InnovaCare Health, LP, for the subsidy from Puerto Rico, including MMM Holdings, LLC (“MMM”), according to Medicare Advantage (MA) MMM Healthcare, LLC, así as the affiliate companies and the Medicaid plan.

MMM is the largest MA plan in Puerto Rico and one of the most widely integrated medical attention organizations in the United States. With more than 267,000 MA affiliates and more than 305,000 Medicaid beneficiaries, MMM represents the new MA major plan of the nation and the second largest Medicaid plan of the island. MMM provides its affiliates with an integrated health experience through its network of specialized clinics and its medical group German companies (IPA through its English flags), Castellana Physicians Services and PHM, as well as IPA Independentes. In addition, the MMM network includes more than 10,000 health service providers and a dozen dozen officers throughout Puerto Rico. At present, MMM maintains the unique contract of 4.5 MAs in Puerto Rico of the Medicare and Medicaid Service Centers (CMS for its English flags).

Anthem está adquiriendo MMM de InnovaCare Health, LP, an organizational linear integration of the services of the salud y proofedores basados en el valor, de Summit Partners, an impression of the capital city inversion of a global level. The financial terms of the transaction will not be revealed. It is hoped that the acquisition will take place in the second quarter of 2021 and is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities of the Free State Association of Puerto Rico, the existing conditions and the habitual approvals required by Leimon-Meyor Mejor.
The guarantor of the GPA 2021 of the company is constantly changing as a result of this acquisition.
