Sen. Mitt Romney took a tumble that struck him unconscious over the weekend, he told reporters on Monday.
He was visiting grandchildren in Boston when he fell, and he needed several stitches in his eyebrow and lip. He also liquidated with a black eye.
He told reporters he was doing better now and joked that the fall was because he went to the CPAC.
Romney did not go, but fellow senator Mike Lee spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference last week, as did first-year representative Burgess Owens.
