Miranda Lambert involved in hit-and-run on Georgia Highway

Miranda Lambert recently shared photos of a ‘wonderful’ trip with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, and revealed that a car was towing the couple on the highway before taking off without a word.

While traveling through Georgia on their way back to their home in Tennessee, the couple met with a ‘fickle’ driver.

“Unfortunately on the way home by ATL, an a-hole in a small car with temp plates drove illegally and tried to squeeze in between us and a semi-truck going 70 on I-20W,” Lambert tweeted. “It hit the airstream and sent us into the left lane.”

She continued, ‘We caught pretty well, but climbed on the shoulder as quickly as possible to determine the damage. No one was hurt, thank good God. But also no one stops and the car drives away. (Cool Bro) We are so thankful that nothing worse happened. ”

Lambert, 37, added that she knows her mother’s prayers cover her family.

‘Our vehicle and trailer were steerable, so we reported and towed home. I immediately called mom to say that I know her prayers are always answered because I know she prays for us every morning at 4:30. Especially when we’re on our way.

“And Brendan kept our trailer steady because he was made of lace,” she added. ‘Thanks to @airstream_inc and @southlandrv, we will soon be restored and back to our vagabond paths. Either way, it was an amazing trip overall and we learned that we have a lot to see and a lot to be thankful for. ‘

Lambert and McLoughlin were married in January 2019, four years after her referee Blake Shelton and co-judge of The Voice and ‘The Voice’ ruled.
