Miley Cyrus recently mourned the loss of her beloved dog Mary Jane.
But the Grammy nominee recently welcomed a new love into her life as she expands her furry family.
She shed happy tears on Sunday when she introduced her new pit bull rescue Angel to her 124 million Instagram fans, one month after she took a devastating farewell to Mary Jane.

The 28-year-old writes: ‘Almost two months ago, my best friend, a rescued pit mix, Mary Jane left this world. I knew she was not gone forever.
“She lived out the body she was in, but she never said goodbye ….. with her eyes she whispered ‘See you soon Bestie’. Mary Jane defined loyalty and would never break a promise. ‘
She added: ‘I feel like she’s blessing this new member on my family’s name’ Angel ‘because she was delivered to me by one … My Mary.
“It breaks my heart to know that Angel slept in a concrete shelter for three months before finally returning home.”

This comes after Miley revealed last month that Mary Jane died of cancer, almost nine years after she adopted the dog in 2012.
