Mike Tyson physically touches AEW Dynamite

Mike Tyson made his return to AEW tonight at AEW The dynamite.

Iron Mike’s music hit during a beat by Chris Jericho led by Pinnacle. Tyson ripped off his shirt and entered the square circle and went after MJF’s faction. He singled out Shawn Spears and hit him in the corner with a flurry of blows before the rest of the inner circle hit the ring. After the Pinnacle fled, Jericho and Tyson shook hands.

While Y2J and Iron Mike now look friendly, their first AEW meeting did not go so smoothly. Tyson appears for the first time for All Elite Wrestling during the 2020 AEW Double or nothing, where he handed over the TNT title to Cody Rhodes. Tyson appears further at the following Dynamics with three friends from the MMA world, where he ended up in a fierce confrontation with Jericho.

Jericho recently revealed that Tyson was initially recorded as his opponent in 2020 Everyone out, but the match eventually fell through.

Next week’s Dynamics, Tyson will return as a special enforcer for Dax Harwood (with Cash Wheeler) versus Chris Jericho (with Sammy Guevara). All other members of the Inner Circle and The Pinnacle were barred from the sidelines.
