There was once a time when Xbox Game Pass announcements would appear every month – or at most every few weeks. However, this week is not one of those weeks.
Confirming the series of upcoming games on the way to service today, Microsoft has sneaked in another notable title: Square Enix role-playing game Octopath Traveler. Previously available on PC and Nintendo Switch, it will jump to Xbox Game Pass for PCs and consoles on March 25th.
It’s been an extraordinarily busy few days of Xbox Game Pass news, with some notable additions being announced. To sum up, the promising Outriders launch via Xbox Game Pass on the first day after a positive reaction to the demo. Cult Favorite Undertale Hits Game Pass As It eventually arrives on Xbox today, March 16, many years after its debut elsewhere.
Last week we heard that Brenda and John Romero’s strategy game Empire of Sin, with mobster, would be coming to Game Pass for console and computers. There was also the little thing of 20 previous Bethesda games added and the promise that new titles from the publisher would be exclusive “to platforms where Game Pass exists”.

Undertale (cloud, console and PC) is now available, while Empire of Sin (console and PC), Kidney Automata (PC), Star Wars Squadrons (console), Torchlight 3 (PC) arrive on March 18th.
March 25 brings Genesis Noir (console and computer), Octopath Traveler (console and computer), Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire – Ultimate Edition (PC), Supraland (PC), Yakuza 6: The Song of Life (cloud, console and PC) )).
Narita Boy (cloud, console and computer) joins on March 30, with Outriders (cloud and console) a day later.
Three games are listed as soon to be released from Xbox Game Pass: Hyperdot (console and computer), Journey to the Savage Planet (console) and Machinarium (computer). Phew.
