When Jordan was asked about Boseman’s passing at the age of 44, he was honest about how difficult it was to handle.

“This is something that is very, very close to my heart for many obvious reasons,” he said. ‘[I] had a very difficult year losing someone close to me. And what that means for the franchise is that it was devastating. ‘

‘But to be in that world in a character I loved playing and working with [writer/director Ryan Coogler] and all the good stuff, it’s family. We started a family there, ‘Jordan explained.

To add: “Being able to be in that world again is something that I think will always be on the table to some degree.”
