According to court documents obtained exclusively by BOSSIP, Martell and Melody Holt, stars of “Love & Marriage Hunstville”, have been officially divorced. On March 12, a judge in Alabama granted Martell and Melody a divorce with reasons cited as ‘incompatibility of temperament’ or irreconcilable differences.
According to official documents obtained by BOSSIP, both parties will exercise joint legal and joint custody of their four minor children by determining their own weekly schedule. Neither will pay child support and both share expenses. Alimony was not granted to either party and the estranged spouses agreed to dissolve several businesses in which they have joint interests, including Holt & Holt Custom Homes, LLC.
As BOSSIP reported earlier Melody, her couple filed for divorce, saying their marriage had an ‘irreparable breakdown’ and that there was no chance they would be reunited. Melody demanded that neither party pay the other child support, and both should continue to have joint physical and legal custody of their children.
Later, allegations surfaced that Martell had fathered a child out of wedlock with a woman who was his perennial mistress, whom he had previously called a ‘farmer’. In the current season of ‘Love & Marriage Huntsville’, Martell confirmed that the rumors were true, but also claimed that Melody was unfaithful because ‘she stopped doing things to him, had to do it to someone else. Melody strongly denied the claims.
Melody is currently pouring out her frustrations over her divorce in a song titled “Tell Tale Signs.” The song will be released tomorrow March 20 and contains lyrics that include;
‘Rather be alone because you have problems. Stop calling my phone. I do not miss you. Do you remember when you did not care? Keep that energy there. We don’t even have to really talk. Only if you want to see the kids. ‘
