Meghan McCain gave a passionate expression The view this week and called on Americans to boycott the 2022 Beijing Olympics. The Conservative co-host gave an epic speech addressing the unrest in China. Her call to withdraw from the sporting event was ahead of an awkward incident involving Whoopi Goldberg.

If there’s anything to admire about McCain, she’s a woman of conviction. She likes what she loves and drives for the idea no matter how many people may be against her. On The view an episode that aired on Monday, April 5, the ladies embarked on the MLB to boycott Georgia after a bill was passed restricting the votes.
McCain was, as usual, on the opposite side of the argument because she did not believe the bill limited minorities, as the mainstream media reported.
“It’s actually inaccurate and it’s really weird to talk about it because there are a lot of facts that are completely inaccurate,” she said.
McCain then suggested that if people are okay with the boycott, they should also call for a boycott of the upcoming Winter Olympics in China. There are allegations that the government is abusing Uighurs, Tibetans and Hong Kong residents.
“These are culture war species at its basic level and they just want to divide us further, and that’s not what I promised President Biden,” McCain added. “If we are going to do this moral equivalence slippery slope with the Biden government, you have to come out today and say you are boycotting the Beijing Olympics because there is mass murder. And we have nothing to say about this and we’re still going to the Olympics where mass murder is taking place, but we’re going to boycott everything in the state of Georgia. It’s ridiculous, the American public is not stupid, and it’s just a virtue to keep going back and forth across the board or not, or not Republicans and Democrats. ”

Whoopi Goldberg and Meghan McCain have an awkward exchange of words
McCain’s call to boycott the Olympic Games in China is overshadowed by what happened after her outburst. The Republican co-host was cut off in the middle of the sentence when Goldberg interrupted and sounded bothered by McCain.
“They do know that … Oh for frogs …” Goldberg is heard saying, throwing McCain off completely.
“I am sorry?” Ask McCain confused.
“Are you done?” Goldberg asks the confused McCain.
“Yeah, yeah, sorry, OK …” McCain said before Goldberg took her over to virtually check her.

The moment went viral on social media because McCain’s reaction was hilarious because she did not know what was going on. “Frog legs” became a popular topic on Twitter as people shared the clip. It’s not worth it that the moment has been edited for the West Coast broadcast which is being broadcast with a time delay.
ABC also cuts a bit out of demand for Hulu and their social media platforms. Neither Goldberg nor McCain acknowledged the incident on air.
The view is broadcast on ABC on weekday mornings at 11 a.m. ET and 10 a.m. PT / CT.
