Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, are reportedly still talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombing interview with Oprah Winfrey.
During the sitting, Markle (39) addressed a constant rumor that she left Middleton (39) in tears after the royal wedding due to a disagreement over bridesmaid dresses. The former American actress said ‘the reverse happens’, but Middleton owned it, and she apologized and she brought me flowers and a note in which she apologized. ‘
“It seems like they really want a story of a hero and a villain,” Markle said of the British tabloids covering the initial allegations. “She’s a good person. So much of what I saw was this idea of polarity. If you love me, you do not have to hate her. And if you love her, you do not have to hate me.”
As for Harry (36), the prince admitted that he does not currently have a close relationship with William (38), describing it as ‘space’.

“William and Kate were in total shock after hearing what Meghan and Harry said,” a source said in the new issue of Us Weekly on Wednesday.

“What shocked them the most were Meghan’s suicidal thoughts and their quotes about a royal family member who mentioned Archie’s skin color,” the insider continued. “William and Kate knew about their problems with palace helpers, but nothing to this extent.”
Winfrey, 67, asked Markle how her mental health was affected during her work as royal. Markle admitted that she had experienced suicidal thoughts and sought help from the human resources department in the palace, but she said they could do nothing.
Markle also revealed that it is difficult for her to understand why there are concerns within the royal family about her son’s skin color. She said it was difficult for her to compartmentalize those conversations.

While Harry and Markle never identified who made the remarks because it would be ‘harmful’, Winfrey later said it was not Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Archie’s grandparents.

The palace insider claims, according to the statement, that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge ‘feel awful’ for the Sussexes. However, the source claims that the couple ‘still’ wish ‘that they’ did not try to take down the royal family ‘on TV.
“William and Kate feel that these conversations could be conducted privately,” the source added.
A representative of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
During the interview, Harry explained how his relationship with the royal family was affected.

“There’s a lot to work through,” Harry said of his relationship with his father Prince Charles. “I feel really disappointed. He’s been through something similar before. He knows how pain feels. And Archie is his grandson. I will always love him, but there is a lot of pain that has happened.”
Harry said the royal family cut him off financially in early 2020 after he planned to step down from his roles. But he was able to afford security for his family because of the money his mother, Princess Diana, left behind.

As for William, Harry said he loved his older brother ‘to a little’, even though the relationship was ‘space’.
“He’s my brother,” Harry said. “We are through hell together. But we are on different paths … Hopefully time will heal everything.”

Charles, 72, did not speak on Tuesday during a visit to a vaccination clinic in London about the couple’s interview. The visit was the Prince of Wales’ first public appearance since the sit-in, and comes amid mounting pressure on Buckingham Palace to respond to the allegations.

Shortly afterwards, Buckingham Palace issued a statement.
“The whole family is sad to know how challenging Harry and Meghan have been over the past few years,” a Palace statement told Fox News. “The issues, especially the race, are relevant. Some memories may differ, but they are taken very seriously and will be addressed privately by the family.”

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be very close family members,” the statement concluded.
Representatives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not comment when Fox News reached out.

Markle and Harry are getting married in May 2018 at Windsor Castle. Their son, Archie, was born a year later. In January 2020, the couple announced their retirement as senior members of the British Royal Family. They now live in California.
